ARRIVAL
SkyVenture is located at 6805 Visitors Circle, just off International Drive across from Wet & Wild. There is free parking at SkyVenture and over flow parking behind the sales trailer if needed. Please allow extra time as certain times of the day there is a back up of traffic in the area.

TICKET OFFICE
Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before your class time.

SALES TEAM
You will find that our friendly sales team is ready to great you and help you fill out your paperwork in plenty of time to start your experience. You will want to use the restroom and get ready for your experience. Be sure to purchase your video in advance. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that flyers under the age of 18 will need a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver for them.

GOING TO MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
You will leave the sales trailer and go to the wind tunnel structure to wait for your instructor. Each class can have up to 12 students; we start them right on the half hour and your total experience lasts just over one hour.

ENTERING OBSERVATION AREA
At the top of the stairs you will see a door to your right, this is the area you wait for your instructor. You will be able to view people flying in the tunnel while you wait. In addition, if anyone in your group is not participating they can stay there and watch your entire flight experience.

OBSERVATION AREA
Our observation level is open free of charge you never know who you will see training in our tunnel. Even if you’re not flying in the tunnel come by and check it out, it is a lot of fun watching people fly.

STARTING YOUR EXPERIENCE
Your instructor will collect you from the observation level and bring you to the second level of the tunnel. There they will ask you to take all objects out of your pockets, remove all jewelry and put them into our secure lockers. Your instructor will offer hands on assistance ever step of the experience.

CLASSROOM SESSION
Your instructor will show you a brief video to start your training. You will learn the hand signals necessary to communicate in the tunnel. Then they will have each of your practice your skydiving position and discuss flying in our tunnel. This class will take about 15 minutes.

GEAR UP
All students will receive, knee, elbow pads, ear plugs, flight suit, helmet and goggles for their flight experience. This equipment is included in your paid ticket price. Your instructor will assist you if needed.

ENTERING THE TUNNEL
Your class will come back to the first floor of the wind tunnel and wait for your instructor outside the tunnel. When it is time for your group to enter the tunnel be sure to enter quickly take your seat and allow room for your fellow students.

FLYING IN THE TUNNEL
Each person will take two turns flying in the tunnel. Your instructor will provide you with exact details during your class. When it is your turn move quickly to the door and wait for your instructor they will assist you each step of the way. Remember to relax and enjoy this amazing experience. Some in your group may have purchased advance training sessions so they will fly more than the normal rotations. After your flight experience be sure to ask your instructor about advancing your flight skills at SkyVenture.

WATCHING YOUR GROUP FROM THE OBSERVATION LEVEL
If members of your group chose to not fly with you they are welcome to watch the entire experience from the observation level.

FLIGHT CERTIFICATE
After you have removed your gear and collected your personal belongings, each flyer will receive a flight certificate signed by their instructor certifying that you have flown in our wind tunnel. Be sure to collect your flight video from your instructor at this time. Ask your instructor about our return specials or advance training sessions.
